Announcing the new MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT in Pembroke Pines, Florida consisting of 80,000 s.f. of self-storage, managed by Stor-All. This project includes 9,000 s.f. of office retail which is currently being leased. Wendys will have a free-standing restaurant as part of the development. The project will be completed Fall 2006.
